Our Adult Clinics or Fast Feeds are a great way to enjoy tennis and get lots of exercise. These clinics are 1.5 hours of situational drills conducted by one of our staff pros. The goal is to hit lots of balls in the good company of other players in game like situations. Our Fast Feed classes provide a more intense cardiovascular workout. Participants run through doubles and/or singles “live-ball” drills simulating actual match play situations.
All players must register for clinics online thru the SITC Website Portal, SITC phone App or call the front desk to be registered. Unregistered players may be refused entry due to class size limits. You may register for classes up to 7 days in advance.
Fast Feed packages have a 1 year expiration and any unused visits will be forfeited.
Clinics with one person registered will be a (30 min) private lesson, with 2 persons registered (1 hour), and with 3 or more (1.5 hours).
Fast Feed clinics are not intended to focus on individual stroke technique.
